DETERMINATION of ELIGIBILITY
The Determination of Eligibility request is NOT through Asher Worldwide. Rather, it is a request for information from the Vendors whose services are checked off. As such, you authorize Asher Worldwide to forward your Request Form to the Vendor(s) selected by the requestor. You further authorize this Vendor(s) to contact you at the phone numbers listed even if your name and/or number appear on the National Do Not Call Registry. It is the Vendor's responsibility to provide you with any applicable state or federal Disclosures to inform you about any rules and/or regulations.

LOAN SERVICES
Asher Worldwide is not a lender and does not make loans or credit decisions in connection with loans. At the present time, all Determination of Eligibility requests are forwarded to an actual, licensed mortgage lender known as First Fidelity Centers.

Asher Worldwide does not endRorse or recommend any of the products or services offered by any of the companies offered through its websites. Any decision and information relating to loan services are completely and solely between Asher Worldwide's featured advertiser, presently First Fidelity Centers, and you. The Lender is solely responsible for all of its services to you and you agree that Asher Worldwide is not and shall not be liable for any damages or costs associated in any way with your use of such services.

Asher Worldwide does not provide any assurance or guarantee whatsoever that you will be accepted into any particular loan program and also does not guarantee that products appearing on this website will be available and not discontinued or terminated or amended at any time in the future. Asher Worldwide also does not guarantee that the terms offered on the site are best terms or lowest rates available on the open market. Nothing other than an express written agreement by First Fidelity Centers shall constitute a loan commitment or interest rate lock-in agreement.

REALTY SERVICES
You authorize Asher Worldwide to forward your information to RealtyMatch, a licensed Designated Realty Broker. You also acknowledge that by inquiring with RealtyMatch, you are expressly inviting a representative from their firm to contact you at the phone number(s) you have provided and therefore you acknowledge acceptance of these calls even if your number appears on the national Do Not Call registry. While RealtyMatch is a licensed realty broker, its services through InvestRealEstate.com are referral-based only, in which RealtyMatch will refer you to a local Agent in your area. As such, RealtyMatch earns up to 35% of the commission earned on Realty transactions for said referral. Your use of this website and/or RealtyMatch's services constitutes your agreement to this compensation arrangement. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any and all disputes, claims and controversies that may arise in any relation to this website shall be finally and exclusively settled through Arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association(AAA) and its venue will be Maricopa County , Arizona . The costs of Arbitration will be paid by the non-prevailing party. A written request/demand for Arbitration must be made in order to begin the arbitration process. The Arbitration will be governed by the following guidelines:

1. No damages shall be awarded in excess of actual compensatory damages

2. No damages or awards shall be multiplied

3. Punitive, Consequential and Exemplary damages will not be permitted

This agreement provides that all disputes between you and Asher Worldwide will be resolved by binding arbitration. By using this site, you are thus giving up your right to go to court to assert or defend your rights. As such, your rights will be determined by a neutral arbitrator and NOT by a judge or jury.
