We have been hard at work creating new tools and content that will soon be debuted. Here are some new developments:
1. Secrets to Interest-Only Loans Blog Series
Watch this section carefully as over the next few weeks, we will be debuting a series here on the Blog concerning Interest-Only Loans. In today's market, confusion resigns when it comes to Interest-Only Loans and our Blog Series will set the record straight by revealing the secrets and facts you need to know in order to select a "good" interest-only product from a "bad" one - and believe me, "bad" ones definitely do exist!
2. Service Directory Update
Our first major Service Directory update will begin in early October. Our staff has been hard at work scouring the internet for the web's best real estate investing sites/services to be catalogued in our Service Directory. We plan on adding several hundred NEW Service Directory listings per month so check back often for the latest additions. We are also toying around with the idea of rating these sites rather than just listing and describing them - if you like this idea, shoot us an email and tell us!
3. New Featured Advertisers
We are in talks with several major, national companies to be included as Featured Advertisers in some new categories. The 1031 Exchange Partner should be selected shortly. Also, you may have noticed the Commercial Loans section has been activated - this month we are giving Great SouthWest Commercial Lending an opportunity to serve you and earn your business - don't be fooled by their name - they are top-notch commercial property lenders that work Nationwide, not just in the South West!
4. 1-888-ZERO-DOWN
As many of you have experienced, our Live Operator service has been down for the last several weeks due to our switch being located near Hurricane Katrina's devastation. First, we hope you donated to the disaster relief recovery. And second, our Live Operator service will be back up in about a week and we have acquired a special new toll-free line: 1-888-ZERO-DOWN. As we are the offical "Home of the Zero Down Investor Loan," soon you'll be able to reach us with one simple, memorable number- 1-888-ZERO-DOWN
